Arlington Animal Clinic – Arlington, MA
This project consisted of an existing 3,400ft2 Animal Clinic that underwent a complete gut renovation and addition. The Clinic had purchased the adjacent building to connect the two buildings and expand their space by approx. 5,000ft2. The main building renovations included all New: Radiology Surgery, Isolation, Exam, and Treatment Rooms. Engineering Design Services was involved with the design for all new Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire protection and Fire Alarm systems throughout the building. The project was officially completed in 2022.
