D’Abate Elementary School – Providence, RI
The project involves full MEP renovation and additions throughout this existing 50,000ft2 Elementary School located in Providence, RI. New 480V 3phase distribution, LED lighting with occ. and daylighting controls, state of the art security systems, high efficiency air source heat pump systems, DOAS with ERV, Low flow plumbing fixtures, brand new fire protection and fire alarm systems and a new kitchen were all part of the new design.
