Formerly a 3000ft2 dry retail tenant, EDS worked with the design team to create a new Korean BBQ venue. This transformation required upgrade of all utility services to the space as well as necessitating massive ventilation upgrades for kitchen exhaust and Make up air. The finished product speaks for itself!
