Paragon Mill – Providence, RI
EDS provided full MEP/FP services for the renovation of an existing dilapidated mill building to be reconstructed into a gleaming three-level residential apartment building located in Providence, RI. The building houses 120 units with a footprint of approximately 120,000 ft2. Common space includes a Fitness area, Lounge, Lobby, Corridors and Laundry rooms. The construction budget for the project was $25M. Systems included individual metering for each tenant, high efficiency water source heat pumps for each tenant, and for ventilation of the spaces we combined natural ventilation with packaged energy recovery with heating, cooling and dehumidification. Project was completed in late 2022.
