The project consisted of the construction of a new 60,000-ft2 manufacturing facility, inclusive of a 2-story, 10,000-ft2 office area. EDS provided full MEP/FP services which included High Efficiency HVAC commercial packaged rooftop systems, HVLS fans from Big Ass Fans, multiple 50 hp air compressors (with economizers), full coverage multi zone Fire Protection system, New Edwards Addressable Fire alarm system, 3000A 480V 3 phase electrical service, and a natural gas distribution system to provide heat to all areas.
