Lees Wharf – Newport, RI
This project involved the new construction of the 21 room Manchester House Boutique Hotel located on Lees Wharf Newport, RI. The hotel includes:
- 21 Luxury Hotel rooms
- Studio space for the hotel bar & greeting area.
- A catering kitchen
- Meeting space for events, wedding, corporate gatherings, catered events.
- Full Service Restaurant -1,800ft2 including the exterior patio.
- Full Service Kitchen
- Accessory use space for a Spa Area
- Open Garage for Guest Parking
MEP/FP design included VRF heat pumps for individual control, DOAS units for fresh air, intelligent Kitchen Ventilation, green lighting controls, high efficiency water heating and wet/dry fire protection systems throughout.
