Ocean State Botanicals – Providence, RI
Ocean State Botanicals is a new 22,000ft2 cultivation facility located in Warwick, RI. EDS designed all MEP/FP infrastructure and systems for this state of the art building. HVAC systems consisted of a large air cooled chiller plant, a 2000A, 480V electrical service with full building emergency generator, fertigation system, CO2 dispersion system, and odor control systems.
