DEM Repair Garage, Kingstown RI
This project included the construction of a new +/- 5,600-ft2 building, with 300-ft2 as conference space and the remainder of the building as an open maintenance garage with four bays. Also included are power feeds for a vehicle lift, welding equipment and a compressor.
