AAA Peabody Fleet Operations – Peabody, MA
This project involved the renovation of an existing 17,800ft2 metal fabrication facility located in Peabody, MA to create a new center of Fleet Operations for AAA New England. The new layout included a generous service bay area with all new lighting, ventilation and service equipment, as well as Class A administration office space. EDS provided design for new electrical and fire alarm systems, as well as VRF heat pumps and CO vehicle exhaust monitoring systems. A new fire sprinkler system also provides full building coverage.
