Joseph Baker House

The project involved the ground-up construction of a two-story slab-on-grade, 24-unit mixed-use residential building, located in Dennis Port, MA. The main level has 11 residential units and a 600ft2 dry retail space, resident storage, bike storage, and utility rooms. The second level houses the remaining 13 residential units. Common areas are limited to the corridors and the lobby. All parking on grade, and utilities for each unit are separately metered.
