Responsibilities-

As Executive Vice President of Engineering Design Services, Mr. Mayer maintains an active role in daily business management, project management, client development, client interface and invovlement in construction issues to assist in a resolution.

As Mechanical Department Head, Mr. Mayer exercises supervisory control of all HVAC engineering work to insure all design work is accomplished in full compliance with the law and in accordance with all applicable codes and ordinances. His duties as Mechanical Department Head include development and education of mechanical department employees, closer interaction work with project managers on each new project for determination of optimum HVAC system components/layout and final techincal check and approval of all HVAC documents prior to delivery to client.

Mr. Mayer also participates in the planning phase of every project to ensure client expectations and budgets are synchronized to provide the best possible results for the project. Mr. Mayer specializes in the recommendation, implementation, investigation and completion of energy, feasibility, and troubleshooting studies.
