Responsibilities-

As Electrical Department Head, Mr. Dusseault exercies supervisory control of all electrical engineering work to insure all design work is accomplished in full compliance with the law and in accordance with all applicable codes and ordinances. His duties as Electrical Department Head include development and education of electrical department employees, close interaction with project manager on each new project for determination of optimum electrical system components/layout and final technical check and approval of all electrical documents prior to delivery to client.

Mr. Dusseault also participates in the planning phase of every project to ensure that client expectations and budget are synchronized to provide the best possible results for the project. Mr. Dusseault also provides client interface, research and follow up activites required to secure new projects from existing and new clients, work with clients to define project scope, and resolution of all owner/contractor construction issues.
